The title has nothing to do with what I'm about to write, but it is still very worthy. Tye-Die Friday is an extremely important cause that this blog supports wholely. I'm about ready to melt into the keyboard at this point after working seven days in a row, but I thought I'd make a quick post.
Tomorrow I'm heading up to Portland to see a Ben Gibbard show. I have no idea what to expect because he's lead singer and songwriter of Death Cab for Cutie as well as the Postal Service, but he's released no solo material. So...it will be a surprise as to what he's going to play. I suppose some unreleased solo stuff along with Death Cab and Postal Service songs. Rest assured that I will be sure to have a concert review in the next few days.
This is also a very monumental occasion because it will be Arielle's first concert. After trying to get her to come to one all year, the moment has finally come. I'm not sure she'll enjoy this show as much as she would have enjoyed the moshing of Jack's Mannequin or Nintendo Fusion Tour, but I am still achieving one of my lifetime goals of sharing a concert with her. Unfortunate circumstances led to this, as Jessica has decided to go to the prom instead of this "rare solo!" show...haha, no, she has to work for the photographer at the prom instead. I know that's just her cover to go dance with all the cute high school boys.
This will be all for now. In the mean time, go listen to Bright Eyes new album Cassadaga. It will change your life. I'll try to review that sometime here soon. Not sure how quality my review will be as I'm just going to be raving over it, but I don't think I'm the only critic to do so. Best album so far this year from what I've heard.

And you signed your name LB? Interesting. Maybe I will have to start calling you that. Maybe I will do it tonight while we are at the concert . . .
